Refund Policy - the basics

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

If an item arrives damaged or becomes ruined due to a defect, we are happy to offer a replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, the issue must be reported within 15 days of the delivery date. After 15 days, we are unable to offer replacements. Proof of damage (such as photos) may be required before a replacement is approved.
